Still using your rack system cabinet and cinder blocks to hold up your fine system? Speaker stands and spikes can improve the sound staging and dynamics of your speakers—while audio furniture can provide correct isolation and mechanical resonance control for your system's front end. Or it can just plain look ugly when the rest of your house doesn’t! We carry furniture that helps your system perform and look better from the finest manufacturers around.

Custom Speaker Dollies

In response to customer requests, we can now fabricate steel speaker stands which have both casters and spikes. The speakers may be rolled into position and then the spikes may be screwed down to lift the speaker off the wheels. This provides flexibility in speaker position without compromising performance. ● CinemaTech

CinemaTech chairs are available in four different grades of leather and in large variety of different colors. All the leathers used are premium European leather and all grades are analine dyed. Aniline dying saturates the leather with a transparent dye so it does not conceal the natural grain for greater aesthetic appeal. The Valdalpone LongLife leathers have a five-year guarantee. CinemaTech seating is also available in microfibre at lower cost, or you may also provide your own material and have the chair custom upholstered

They may be ordered as free-standing single chairs, or multiple chairs may be combined in a straight line or an arc to form a row of seating. Most have integrated beverage holders. They may be ordered with single or even dual electric motors to control the reclining seatback and the footrest. The arm between two chairs may be omitted to form a dual recliner loveseat. Pricing and options: The price ranges below reflect the different grades of leather, quoted for a single chair. Supplying your own upholstery material reduces the price of each chair by approximately $800. If you'd like to combine more than one chair in a row, the cost per chair will be lower because of the shared armrests. Note: there are more models than are listed below plus many different options. ● Fjords

Fjords makes a wide variety of modular chairs and couches. As there are many options available, please contact us for a custom quote.

We will say that after sitting in innumerable chairs and couches, that these are incredibly comfortable. We are now using these in our demonstration rooms and have gotten plenty of kudos on them!

● Lovan

In addition to Audio/Video furniture, Lovan makes the Lovan Footer, a highly-useful small metal disk that prevents equipment stand and speaker spikes from marring hardwood floors.

● Middle Atlantic

Middle Atlantic makes racks including pull-out racks. They have a vast catalog and so there are numerous configurations and options available.

Note: Most people choose to have us install these racks rather than try to do it themselves.

● Nagra

In addition to electronics, Nagra makes an Isolation Platform.

● pARTicular Contemporary Design

pARTicular makes contemporary vibration-isolating metal furniture. There are may options for shelf size, shelf material, shelf number, cable routing channels, and wood trim. Please call for details.

Shelf options: unfinished maple, finished maple, translucent frosted acrylic, and black gloss acrylic. Shelf sizes: 19" wide x 18" deep or 23" wide x 18" deep. Cable management: none, single channel, dual channel (separate channels for power and audio). Vibration isolating discs are provided. Wood trim strips are available. Various heights are available. Sanus makes a wide variety of component stands in different styles. Please call for details.

Sanus has acquired the rights to manufacture and market the previous Zoethecus HT series. Sanus offers fewer options. Please call if you are looking for specific Zoethecus HT / Sanus Woodbrook 

● Salamander

Salamander makes a wide variety of component stands. They have many configuration options. Please call for a customized quote. The Salamander Synergy Twin 30 with one optional drawer, one optional door, optional sides, and optional feet is shown at the left.
