The Avalon Opus
This four-way design uses the same
amazing ceramic tweeter and midrange as Avalon's
standard-setting Eidolon. With a smaller enclosure and a
cleaver two-woofer design, the Opus can be used where
space or budget precludes the Eidolon.
Avalon uses sophisticated CAD modeling
to reduce passband ripple and provide extremely fast
settling times. The Opus possesses uncommon transient
speed and resolution. Most importantly, the achievement
of low noise floor ambiance retrieval, and soundstage
focus, reveals subtle details of the recording site and
the artists performance.
Built entirely by hand, with modern
materials and stunning wood veneers, these speaker
compliment both contemporary and traditional decor.
