Avalon Acoustics Isis Signature Floorstanding Loudspeaker
After a long wait, the very first pair of the brand new version of the Isis Signature has finally arrived here at the store. While we are currently in the process of breaking them in, already it is plainly evident that this is the best speaker we've ever heard from Avalon. As already it is exceeding any expectation with it's powerful full range performance combined with an uncanny "see-through" transparency into the sound stage. Berkeley Audio Design Alpha DAC Series 3
The new Alpha DAC Series 3 has arrived and is here in the store! This represents an excellent value in the realm of true high end DACs. In addition if you are using a music server/streamer with a USB output then it is recommended to pair the ADAC S3 with the Berkeley Alpha USB. The Alpha USB has a USB Audio 2.0 Standard input and a switch selected digital audio output signal type, either coaxial SPDIF using a BNC connector or balanced AES-EBU using an XLR connector. Shunyata Omega Digital Cables
We have the new Shunyata Omega Digital Cables on demo including AES-EBU, SPDIF 75 ohm Clock BNC, USB, and Ethernet Interestingly if you look closely at this picture the Omega Ethernet cable is directional. Also instead of the stock gray color, we've recently had requests for black cables for a few installations purely for visual aesthetic reasons. Shunyata was kind enough to make up some black cables to go behind some black Harmonic Resolution Racks so that they blended in. Not only is possible to order black cables, but with some Omega Digital cables there is a choice of gold, silver, or platinum accent rings. Of course our raison d'etre is to assist you in achieving a high level of sound quality, but we also would like you to love the look of your system! More info
MIT Power Management Console AC Line Conditioner
The MIT Power Management Console is a very sophisticated AC Line Conditioner which is designed to make your high end audio system sound more pure. In addition it also offers some surge protection, the purpose of which is to assist in protecting your equipment from power surges. One aspect that is particularly noteworthy is that the PMC offers power conditioning all the way out to one megahertz! Basis Audio AJ Conti Transcendence Turntable with SuperArm
We are indeed fortunate to be living in the Golden Age of analog. And nothing epitomizes this more than the Transcendence with either the SuperArm 9 or the SuperArm 12.5 playing your treasured records! Usually the Transcendence is configured with either a single tonearm or dual arms. For example, the reason that some people choose a dual arm setup is to have one dedicated arm for a stereo cartridge and the other for a mono cartridge. In fact you can use either the SuperArm 9 and/or the SuperArm 12.5 in various configurations up to a maximum of four tonearms on a turntable. Now that we have it set up for demonstration in the store and have listened to it extensively, we have to say that this is one amazing sounding turntable! Rather than being just another really good sounding turntable/tonearm combo, this is something very special. It is much more reminiscent of listening to a recording as opposed to listening to a record--and that distinction is really the highest level of praise possible of an analog front end. Avalon Acoustics Precision Monitors PM 1.2 PM 2.2 PM 3.2 Floorstanding Loudspeakers
These may be small but they pack a surprising punch. The heart of any speaker is the midrange--and these speakers certainly excel in that department. While at first glance they may look like the Avalon designs of the past, the new Avalon PM line are all clean sheet designs. Inside they are built with new high performance drivers which are mounted in all new constrained-layer damped cabinets utilizing four different composite materials. We know that some people simply must have a speaker with a wood finish to go with their decor. The woodworking here is done to a high level of craftsmanship, so if you have a fine home these will fit right in. Available in your choice of woods including birdseye maple, curly cherry, walnut, etc. Other finishes include Polychrome Light and Polychrome Dark which go well in a more modern decor. In addition there is the option of either a satin or high gloss finish. Speakers are of course the most personal taste choice of any component. So you really need to come in and audition them for yourself. Many who hear them simply won't choose anything else. More Info

This is the most compact floorstanding speaker we've found that really does it all in a small room. When you see it in person you truly realize how elegant it is. Rockport Atria II Floorstanding Loudspeaker
These are least expensive speakers of the Rockport line, essentially the same midrange and top end as the Avior II but with smaller woofers. So that means that they are very artfully voiced and designed. The cabinet shape is reminiscent of the beautiful lines of fine saiboat hull design. There is an art as well as a science to great loudspeaker design which Rockport has spend many years refining for your listening pleasure. The stock finish is a gloss black, but they are available in any automotive paint color you wish. You may have seen other speakers with a painted finish--but probably never have you seen any at this level of quality and beauty. There is a high level of care and hand polishing lavished on each pair that really gives an elegant impression when seen in person. More Info

With an Innuos music server you have the choice of running either the Roon or the Innuos interface. Available in either silver or black, the Zenith Mk3 also allows for CD ripping and library management. We have this now and you're welcome to come in and try it out for yourself. More Info
